Magnesol filter powder
Magnesol powder is a filtration aid for filtering frying oil and frying fats. It is a very fine, white powder without taste, odor or color. You add this powder to warm frying oil. With Magnesol powder, large, medium and fine carbon particles remain in the various layers. The new generation of Magnesol powder provides cleaner oil, removes more free fatty acids and ensures a better TPM value. Magnesol removes solids up to 1 micron during filtering and adsorbs dissolved particles such as odor, color and flavorings, which results in a cleaner oil that lasts longer, has a better taste and fries better. You can save up to 50% on your frying oil costs.
Intended for the Vito filtration machines, but also for other brands such as Oilhandy, Henny Penny, Wilson, Frymaster.
Mangesol powder is available in a box with 10 kilos of powder. But can also be supplied in handy and hygienically packaged sachets with 120 grams (110 pieces per box) and 160 grams (84 pieces per box). This allows you to add the desired amount to the oil per fryer.
