Below you can read how your order is sent or how you can return it to Hendriks Horeca B.V., the specialist in time-saving catering equipment.

Delivery times

Our delivery times vary per product, brand and number. The expected delivery time is indicated with the products. The delivery times are based on working days. Deliveries to Belgium can unfortunately be delivered with a day delay (this is usually not the case).

Shipping costs

The delivery costs will be displayed for the checkout of your shopping cart.

Delivery time at paying in advance

If you order with a bank transfer, you will receive your order 1 - 2 business days after we have received your payment on our account. Depending on the bank, this can take up to 2 business days. When we have received the payment, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Delay during shipment

If you have not received your order after 3 working days, we ask you to contact our customer service. In exceptional cases, the carrier takes a few days instead of 24 hours to deliver an order. If you have not received your order within 4 working days after it has been sent, please contact our customer service. To be of service as quickly as possible, we kindly request you to state the order number in your e-mail or to keep it handy when you call us. We will then request the status of the order for you.

An order has been (partially) canceled

We can cancel an order for various reasons:

• The item is not available.
• We have not yet received your prepayment 15 days after placing your order. This only applies if you have chosen the "bank transfer" payment method. Of course, the payment obligation for a canceled item is canceled.

If you have already paid, we will refund the amount as soon as possible or send you the product in consultation with you.


Products that are not satisfactory, have defects or do not meet the requirements can be returned. For a quick and correct settlement, you must report your return. You can do this by sending an e-mail with the reason for return to [email protected]. We will contact you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). It is also important that a copy of the invoice is included in the package, so that we can see who the return is from.

Conditions for return:

  • 25% of the total purchase amount will be charged for the return of products.
  • The unused undamaged item is complete in undamaged original packaging.
  • The product must be packed as well as possible in the original packaging and with sufficient protective materials before it is sent.
  • Before a product is returned, you should always contact Hendriks Horeca.
  • The return costs are for the account of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if the above requirements are not met.
